M&M’s Cookies
Ingredients:
150g Margarine
300g Golden Caster Sugar
1 Egg
300g Self Raising Flour
½ Tsp Salt
200g M&M’s
300g Golden Caster Sugar

Method:
Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 180.
Step 2 - Cream the margarine and sugar together.
Step 3 - Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix in well.
Step 4 - Sift in the flour and salt and stir or work with hands until a dough is formed.
Step 5 - Add M&M’s to the dough work them in so they are spread evenly throughout.

Step 6 - Split the dough into smaller balls, these will be your cookies.
Step 7 - Squash the smaller balls out to create the cookie shape.
Step 8 - Place on a baking tray and place in the oven for 14 mins, until golden brown.
Step 9 - Carefully remove the cookies from the oven, wait for the cookies to cool, then enjoy!
