Day 43 of quarantine...
Last night a slept so well! And woke up this morning feeling so refreshed. I woke up early, started the day of by having a bath and the got ready for yoga.
Found yoga this morning a bit more difficult than the last couple of day felt a lot of presser in my knee which isn’t the strongest and I hurt it a couple of years ago. Sarah joined in the yoga as well, we did it in the conservatory and started becoming our little morning routine.
After yoga, I made some lunch, Today was vegetable spring rolls with sweet chill sauce, and a little salad. I’ve tried really hard to drink as much water as I could today and managed 4 glasses, might not seam like a lot but seeing as normally I don’t have any for me it was an achievement.
After lunch me and Sarah went down to the beach for our little walk today, we are so so so lucky to live by the sea. The beach was pretty busy lots of people out on their bikes, running, or walking their dogs. Me and Sarah threw a few stones in the sea before we walked home.
When we got home I was exhausted, just wanted to curl up and have a little nap and I tried so hard to fight off my urge for a nap cause I didn’t want to ruin my sleep tonight. So I got my new book ‘Chavs: the demonization of the working class’ by Owen Jones, which is a book that I was suppose to read while I was at uni but never got round to it... and went and sat out in the garden to read for a little bit.
I soon ended up back in bed for a little nap, I found it impossible to keep my eye open any longer and I had to have a nap. When I woke up I watched an episode of ‘our girl’ before dinner.
Dinner tonight was chicken Kiev’s mash potato and broccoli. It was so tasty, I had one Kiev and was planing on going back for another one but someone else got there before me.
It's so fun to learn how people are keeping busy during qaruntine. I have been interested in getting into yoga, do you follow a specific video? And you are so lucky to be living by open water omg. Seeing some pictures of the beach would be a great add on to this post as well(:
